To add a single working day to a staff members calendar

Go to Settings

Go to Team/Staff Members

Select a Staff Member

Click on the Availability Tab

Click on the Custom Days Tab

Click Add  Custom Day

Find the day you want to add in Calendar

Add a Start and End time (make sure it’s correct for a 24hr clock)

Press Confirm

Scroll to the top of the page and press Save
